Karoo Verspreiders (Pty) Ltd, trading as Karoo Bossie Apteek, aims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining health and safety standards for ingestible products.
Returns
Due to the nature of herbal teas and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Products may only be returned if:
- The item was damaged during delivery
- The incorrect item was supplied
- The product is defective upon arrival
Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened herbal products
- Used wellness items
- Products not in original condition
